West Wycombe Road BP: The worst petrol station ever. Rude, lying and uncaring staff,poorly maintained pumps that click, because they need fixing, a vacuum cleaning machine that does not have any suction to it and a tampered with tyre pressure machine! Last week was my last visit. Avoid it like the plague!

Used the self car wash service in Dereham.
The car wash area was flooded with water,got my shoes soaked while cleaning.
Paid £5.99 for 6 minutes of use - 2 minutes of pre wash, 2 minutes of brush and 2 minutes of jet wash.
Obviously that wasn't enough time to clean my car properly.
Absolute waste of money, would have been better off going to drive in car wash service somewhere else.

I managed to get 5.5L into a 5L petrol can - they must have some kind of compressive fuel! Amazing.Or they could just be cheats. Always ‘calibrated’ into their favour, not the customers. Rushden Lakes station.

Paid £6.50 for the top wash at bp car wash hall road Norwich. Absolutely rubbish! Left mud all down one side .The wheels were dreadful and hardly looked cleaned at all. Went back to complain later that day as only looked at car when I got out at home . The guy behind the counter didnt want to know and told me I should have looked at my car immediately after I went through the car wash! Whoever goes through a car wash then when its finished thinks " oh I'd better just check whether it's my car is cleaned ok!" Ridiculous! Poor staff awful customer service. I told him he should look at his reviews online about the car wash, and incredibly he said " they are not that bad!!! " his attitude was dreadful.

Went to get my car washed and paid for not the cheap wash. Waited most of the morning in the queue so the machine was working constantly.When my turn I noticed that the wash was very quick. The spray of suds went on and the brushes went from front to back and back to the front. Then I had a spray of suds and the dryer came on .it's as if the programme didn't work properly. When I got home I noticed the car wasn't shining ,there was still dirt collected on parts of the car,dirty water marks on windows and paint work and smears all over the car. I called the petrol station to explain and the employee did not want to know. He said the wash was working fine . Looking at my car I would say different. Took it to another car wash and paid for a cheaper wash . It was a longer wash It was washed RINSED, and dried and came out looking shiny. Avoid BP . Customer service is terrible and they don't take blame when things go wrong.

Another waste of space fuel app

Tried it today for the first time. Just like the Esso app I left behind it didn't work,telling me I had to turn my location services on - despite the fact that location was enables. They must spend all day listening to people complaining that the app doesn't work.
