I am pleased with the overall ease in getting my book published with Bookbaby. However,I'm having to ask a lot of questions about how to get the book sold. I'm not happy with how the information is flowing to Amazon and Barnes and Noble. It looks unprofessional when I search for my book. I would like very specific follow-up emails telling me which links are up and what I should be doing to manage my account. I'm happy with the answers to the questions I ask. I just have to think of and ASK the questions.

BookBaby made the otherwise confusing process of publishing my work into an organized task.I was able to choose the degree of help needed from guides and information provided on their site. There were only a few phone calls required to give me the information I was unable to locate. All in all, BookBaby is a company I would recommend.

I'm grateful that BookBaby exists for first time authors like myself who want to publish on a budget.They have been very great to work with and the quality of their work is excellent. The customer service staff are always friendly and ready to answer questions. I have started with BookBaby and will continue with them on my first book and any others in the series. I highly recommend them.
