I ordered from here recently and they sent me a used dirty product. I wanted to go on this long tangent but I would merely like to say when a company doesn't care about their products or customers.Don't spend your money with them. Don't let the sales and better prices fool you. Their's no telling where these products are coming from. It's some really good companies that are no more after the pandemic. Then theirs companies like this one. That makes you wonder how they survived. Just spend your money elsewhere. (Save it before you give it to them)

Ordered the wrong sized item and caught it immediately after paying. Scoured the site for directions on how to cancel order,after all it had been less than 1 minute. Their policy is no cancellations, seriously! No phone number googled it but the number listed online is incorrect. Emailed customer service asking if they would cancel the order, it had been less than 10 minutes at this time. They responded quickly saying, no. They apologized for inconvenience. Called my credit card company, explained what happened and companies policy was for me to wait to receive the item then return it for a $10 fee. My credit company laughed and said they would handle it for me for free and I would get 100% of my money back. BE WARNED DON’T CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH ANY COMPANY THAT WON’T ALLOW YOU TO CANCEL AN ORDER OR RETURN SOMETHING WITHOUT A FEE, OR PUT OUT THEIR PHONE NUMBER FOR YOU TO CALL. THEY’RE SCAM ARTISTS THAT SHOULD BE SHUTDOWN!

Three weeks to get my merchandise (that is the projected delivery date — I am still waiting for delivery),shipped from Kentucky to California! It’s Fed Ex, so what the heck happened? It was sent from Indiana to California, then — for reasons unknown to me — to Kentucky, then Indiana, then back to California. And no one from Bluefly contacted me about he issue. Terrible company. Zero customer service.

Love love love this shop so much. 5?Service Dominic who i communicated with regarding shipping address and he was so helpful.Delivery is Fedex. Merchandise is no doubt all 1000% authentic. I rarely write reviews however after my first order with Bluefly and the numerous negative reviews I felt obligated to share my experience to help other shoppers.As many, being my first time shopping on this site I went to read the reviews, it is legit or a scam? I so wanted the Stuart Weitzman boots but was terrified to give them $500 after the horrible reviews. I had to have them so I took the chance. I did pay the extra $14.95 for expedited shipping so I could get them and find out if all was okay as soon as possible. I had my new boots in 3 days and they are AMAZING! In the original box with duster cover and perfect condition. I will absolutely order from Bluefly again. I however cannot speak to their return policy or customer service as that is where many of the negative reviews were focused on. For shopping though I was highly pleased!! Thanks Bluefly for the great boots!

Terrible customer service ever They are already ready to fight with you if you have any problem about your order I talked with their customer service Her name is 'Dominic'I didn't get my package and the tracking number doesn't work also So asked some questions She said that is my computer problem and she doesn't care Also when I finally got the product That had a damage But as other people's reviews I already knew that they will not do anything good for customer service, so I decided to keep the product and never order from them again

I wish I can give 0 star. This company must be about to be bankrupted, they were having a big sale soI bought a pair of shoes that was a final sale (but later I realized the sale on this website wasnt even that great, cause i found it cheaper on another site). Shipping was fast I received it within 5 days, but the shoes weren't new, those were totally used as a display at some store (had scratch marks, and leather was all creased). So I emailed its customer service several times, and no one answered me until now (it has been over 7 days). There is no phone number to call. - update: After writing this review, the representative responded back to me inquiring photos of shoes conditions. I will keep you updated.
