The customer service here is very in professional, and is 100 percent ran by people who can't comprehend basic things.There was a time blizzard was a great company but that has long passed. If you have any issue don't bother with customer service, they will not help you, and you will have no recourse. Other than writing a review like this I suppose but again they don't care.

agree guys, i bought modern warfare for the 38.99 deal, they said for the fact i played warzone already,that i cannot get a refund after like a 1 or two hour benchmark of the game, i dont understand the hype about this modern warfare junk, if its 200gb and cannot even play the campaign offline sadly, i usually dont feel like i waste my cash these days on games, but this was truly a waste of 40$, do the favor stay away from blizzard and go get battlefield or farcry!

Blizzard have been a disapointment for many years. I still play WoW... but that's the only game i play from them.Starcraft and Overwatch are good but lacking innovation over the years gets borring... and every other game is just disapointing or actual garbage.
Diablo 3 made me mad... Diablo Mobile even more... then WC3:RF... and i give up on this company. I just keep playing WoW mostly because i've too much time invested in it and i would feel i wasted all of it if i quit...

Absolutely horendous company. All they care is the money. They sistematically ruined Heartstone game mode after game mode.Please never download or spend money on this rip off. Do not support the developers! Afterore then 10 years i can say this game is worth nothing. Very sad moment.
I hope they go bankrupt and somebody else buys the game and develops it for players not for investors.

let me tell you guys why blizzard is by far the worse company ever.
first of all u need to buy areally good pc with really good specs to RUN COD WITHOUT LAGGING.
secondary after one update on a game, you will start to lag like there is no tomorrow.
thirdly my xbox can run cold war and warzone way more smooth than my 180 fps pc ( my lag only happened on blizzard not on steam or epic).
fourth reason. FORTNITE RUNS BETTER THAN THIS PILE OF SH!T!!!! i get 180-240 fps on fortnite yet on warzone and cold war I CANT EVEN RUN 30 FPS WITHOUT LAGGING MY ASS OF!
i recommend to never waste money on this company not even on a game its not even worth it

Had my World of Warcraft account with Blizzard since 2006, the glory days. Since playing Classic,I have received 3 false bans, which I have had to fight tooth and nail to have overturned - the 3rd was not. To add to this, I had £170.00 of purchased gold removed from my account, and refused to give this back. Having contacting them multiple times, I was initially mocked by one GM, who said I got a good deal with the ban (?). I was then told I would not receive my funds back, and if I keep contacting them, they will ban my account again.

This company have to reach it's pinnacle of bad, another horrible addition to WoW with shadowlands,minimal effort, and will never buy anything from Activision Blizzard ever again. Does not matter if they turn a leaf at this point, what they are doing at this very moment is so bad, it will never be cleansed.
