Delays with no notification or customer service

We had a connecting bus from Lyon to Paris-Bercy, the bus came an hour late and we did not receive anynotifications or emails informing us about the delay
We try to call customer service many times of course with no avail
I won’t recommend this bus to anyone especially if you’d like to be at your destination on time.

There was an excellent service for finding fellow travelers and drivers. My account is many years old.A week ago, they asked for a passport photo. I sent it. At first, everything was confirmed, and then blocked without explanation. Is this illegal data collection? I wonder who tolerates traveling companions on my behalf? There are a lot of reviews like mine recently, make conclusions.

It's a nice idea, super friendly organization but we can't talk about literally anything in the chat.I posted a ride, 2 girls texted me, then one of them sent a request for the pick up and drop off location but I see that the price has shrunken to half of the original one. I asked her, did you do this? She said no. I replied: Strange ?. That message never went through, the website blocked it. Then I wrote I can't talked about prices cause they will block the messages. Nothing went to her, and I was so angry because I actually wanted to play by the rules. But they cancelling my texts like I'm a child. Ridiculous and unprofessional.

Blablacar is simply a transportation revolution.
It´s the Airbnb of car transportation.
The only pity is that you NEED to choose a country before accessing the website,this is detrimental to the countries where there is no official website. Because actually people can still post rides in that countries, but not being able to select them makes people (erroneously) thinking that you can´t find rides in countries not listed.
So I suggest making a universal website where you just choose the language.

I had a couple of rude drivers, but I guess that's not always easy to prevent for BlaBlaCar.
Overall,great concept, convenient, and...well, you get what you paid compared to other public / private transport

A sad "Silicon-valley" style failure.
Before there were free sites that permitted contact exchange between riders and drivers.
Now there is blablacar,who monopolize the whole market. It's time they got attacked in court for abuse of dominance. A nasty trick to do to a company? Well, unnecessary if the service is really good.
Blablacar is medium. Map finder doesn't work well, plenty of bugs, strange price policies.. And the list goes on. Hire a real PO (like me!) if you want to get things done. But honestly the company is clearly going down the drain so Im not sure I'd accept.
The current trip i was looking at: they take 27% of the price.

It was a terrible day and experience when I decided to use Blablabus.
I was going from Berlin Hbf to Hamburg,then from Hamburg to Osnabrück by another bus. There was an hour in between the buses in Hamburg.
But the Blablabus departured 50 minutes late from Berlin which lead me to loss the second bus from Hamburg to Osnabrück.
Using Blablabus was a mistake and I won't make it again.
