Bic's Philosophy Is Not Customer Friendly

I bought white-out tape and the tape cycle would not rewind because it was broke. The product costed was $2.75.Bic will not replace the product unless I mail, at a cost of $4, at which time they will through it away. Bic's philosophy is designed to discourage customers from returning defective items for a replacement due to postage and to save Bic money. They will not take a picture of the defective items.
This is Bic's philosophy:

I figured out a way to return the product for less than a $1: smash it up in small pieces so postage will be less. I returned their product as requested.read more

I bought a new set of BIC disposable razors (black), used them with shaving cream.As a result, I had over four bloody spots on my chin and neck - the areas where I was shaving.
Those things are way too sharp, I will probably just have to throw all of them away. Will do my best to never buy again.read more

Have sent 3 emails to BIC this month and had no replies. I told them how disappointed I was with their BIC Flex 4 razors.I got 2 close shaves out of each razor, comparable razors give me 8/10 close shaves.read more

I have used disposable razors for over a decade now, and for me bic is usually the cheapest and by far the best.They seem to last for ever! When I have used other products, they're mostly twin blade, and if I have a few days growth then one shave spells the end of that razor. But the bic I can use many times over even with a fair bit of growth. Has to be the best value for money in disposable razors.read more
