Rude customer service and lying about shipping times

Their website and confirmation email claimed that if you order before 16h you will have it the next working day.After 3 days and an non answered email to customer service we called them. They claimed to have shipped the item and send us a tracking number via email (I checked my spam folder They didn't) and then just hand up on me...

I ordered a product from Beslist.be site and paid purchase price to Beslist. Only then did they reveal they are not seller,but a certain Grotekadoshop.nl which I never heard of and which does not answer any mails regarding three week delay.
