This was my lock down salvation! Everything i needed from weights, to cardio and dancing to recovery. As much as I love all forms of exercise,getting up and getting done before the rest of the world starts is the best feeling in the comfort of my home, no travel, no hassle, and a massive time saver! Just wish there was a UK base for this company to make purchasing the additional packs, equipment, etc easier.

I read a lot about BOD before subscribing. I did it because gyms are closed. But, before,I used to go twice a week to the gym. Now, I just need to turn on the TV and press play, so basically I work out every day. There are so many choices that you can exercise for years (literally) without repeating the same one. And my understanding is that they add workouts every year. And they are so well explained by the trainers, so, it is impossible to do the wrong moves. So, after one month, I can say that this is an amazing online gym and I am very happy with it - especially considering the price (compared to a "real" gym).

Really disgusted! Went to renew my membership online and could not believe as of February 1,2021 they raised the 6 month membership by $20 and their 3 month membership by $25 DURING A GLOBAL PANDEMIC. People are forced to be home (I am sure made tons of this), millions are out of work and this company wants to take everything they have. They were over priced to begin with.

BOD has been the shining light in lock down for me! The ability to access such a variety of workoutprogrammes in my very home with minimal equipment has kept me going this year! Daily exercise is now part of my everyday life, the trainers on BOD are so inspirational and down to earth, they have kept my mental health in check too! There are programmes designed for all levels of fitness not mention many of them have modified options so you can still pretty much do any that you want.

I've been using beachbody for almost 3 years, the workout programmes and the meal plans are amazing.I lost 29lb in 6 months and its stayed off! Their customer service is impeccable, very quickly sort out any issues. I had an issue with an expiry date on some shakeology, they sent me a whole new bag and allowed me to keep the original one!!! Amazing

These programs and nutrition plans have completely changed my life. I'm 30lbs down (still 20lbs to go)and I never get bored because of the variety of workouts! The quality is excellent and they're well thought out to allow progressions and really push you, plus the nutrition plans are simple, structured and, best of all, they work! I am obsessed.

Customer service has always been top notch with a quick response. The programmes ate fun and I love that there are always new things coming out.I've had to put some of my product purchases on hold since lockdown and it's been really easy to log on and skip a month. You do get results but you have to do the work yourself. I love the accountability and encouragement from the Beachbody community. And the new BODgroups are brilliant.
