I have 3 bags from Away, I purchased my carryon first and it was delivered fast and the quality was amazing.I have navy, it is beautiful. I then purchased the weekend bag, in olive and personalized it with navy thread. I love how it slips over the handle of the carryon and you don’t have to worry about it falling off at all. The carryon also has a battery in it so you can sit anywhere in the airport and charge your phone from your suitcase! I then bought my large suitcase also in navy. Just like the carryon it has the one side that is super deep and the other side that has the thing that helps you squish it in! I love the way the wheels are so smooth and turn on a dime. I pushed the 3 through the airport so easily it was great. I have medical issues and usually need assistance, this allowed me independence which was so awesome.

Ordering and delivery was a breeze. My luggage arrived quickly and well packed in it’s own dust cover.It came with added perks that I wasn’t expecting, such as a leather tag and cleaning tool. Although that was all great, it was how amazingly it performed when I traveled with it that shocked me. It was so well designed and made packing and absolute breeze. It moved and glided smoothly and efficiently. It protected all my items while still looking sleek and classy. And the built in power bank was a life savor, especially at the crowded airport. It allowed me to socially distance during a pandemic and power my devices simultaneously!

I just googled Away Travel Reviews, as I was thinking about how amazing my recent experience with their customer service was.I was expecting to see a 5.0 stars everywhere I looked. Literally, this company provided me the best customer service I have ever had in my life. About 4 years after traveling every week for work, one of my suitcases finally had a small crack develop, no doubt from the crazy baggage handlers. I emailed Away Travel about the issue, and also another issue where my lock was malfunctioning on my smaller carry on luggage. They replaced the bags expeditiously and it was SO EASY. Within 6 calendar days I had two brand new pieces of luggage, and sent the broken ones right back to them with no problems. I will literally never buy any other luggage and this is the only luggage company I will endorse. Again, I travel for work every week, and this is the ONLY luggage that lasted more than a year (4 YEARS). And really, the shell was fine - it was just a problem with the lock that TSA probably jacked up (as they always do). Phenomenal company - love their products AND customer service.

Beware what happens when your box comes open!

I bought a personalized Large Everywhere bag to give as a gift. The box arrived open and the strap was missing.Contacted customer service by email (no phone number). At first was told they had to send me a whole new bag since they don't stock replacement straps (what happens if one breaks). I explained I ordered it early so I could give a present in a timely fashion and couldn't wait another 2-3 weeks. After several back and forths they "found" a strap in a retail location. Good news....nope! Strap was delayed and ended up not coming on time. Of course they said had we known we would have contacted you and this is a great lesson for them to learn from......Since I couldn't give the gift as planned I asked for a refund or at least a gift card for the amount of the gift. The response.....since it was personalized they don't give refunds! Seriously! They threw me a bone and gave me a $35 GC and $35 refund for said personalization. Beware if you need customer service....It's the worst! Get a phone number AWAY!

I was in need of new luggage. Wanted something that had a good warranty and that was durable.My son sent me a referral for Away that gave me $20 off. Since he highly endorses Away, I thought I’d give it a try. From ordering to shipping to when I received the boxes at my door, Away delivered everything they promised. A beautiful product, great warranty, excellent service and a reasonable price. Oh, and the canvas storage bag for each piece was a pleasant surprise. Without question, Get Away!!
