HUGELY DISAPPOINTED: Today I lost my respect for Artmajeur.

Today I lost my respect for Artmajeur. Their support is not answering my questions and they are selling my works behind my back on Barnebys auction house site.I found it by surprise while googling my name. I am selling work for 300€ and they are selling it for 13300USD without even telling me that my work has been curated on a very high price. The bad thing is that one of the works placed on auction site and is available for clients is actually sold and marked as sold on my artmajeur site, but it is still available on Barnebys. This can bring a huge disappointment to a client willing to purchase a work for 3000€ that is actually sold. It also does a bad reputation for me as an artist. I have proof, links, pictures, and original artworks. If Artmajeur is selling my works somewhere else - they should inform me and pay me, not steal the money behind my back. HUGELY DISAPPOINTED! ------------- Hello Veera Zukova, Artmajeur promotes artworks on several places on the internet, in order to bring in buyers and collectors interested in purchasing artworks: artworks prices are set directly by the artist themselves. If you are not satisfied with how your artwork are promoted, or if you simply do not want your artworks to be promoted outside of Artmajeur, please contact us at supportartmajeur.com or +33 095 095 9966 --------------------- Artmajeur is selling my works on other platforms without telling me so that if work sells for 13000€ I will get only 50€. That is cheating. I have dates and screenshots of this feedback and all other documents. I contacted the auction house about the issue. Trustpilot tells me I have been requested to send more info, but I did not see any request to send more info. Now, Trustpilot is reminding me that I have two days to send proofs. Nobody asked for it. Proof: google Veera Zukova Barnebys and my work "Wiii "is sold, but on Barnebys it is available.
