£10 flea market jeans are better made.

Cheap,poor quality "designer" label. The first time i wore my £160 Armani jeans, the button fell off!I do not expect this from such an expensive "premium" brand. Literally the first night I wore them, the big fly button popped out when I went to the toilet. Outrageous! Inexcusable.

EN Really bad. We have been loyal clients and frankly that does not make a difference with Armani customer service.Example: We ordered a pullover and a pair of socks which never arrived. UPS apparently gave our order to someone else and told us that we had to file a complaint with Armani which we did. One month later we are still waiting for a solution that supposedly would have been taken care of in 8 days. SP Muy mal. Hemos sido clientes leales y, francamente, eso no marca la diferencia con la atencion al cliente de Armani. Ejemplo: Pedimos un jersey y un par de calcetines que nunca llegaron. UPS parece le dio nuestra pedido a otra persona y nos dijo que teníamos que presentar una queja ante Armani, lo cual hicimos. Un mes después todavía estamos esperando una solución que supuestamente se habría resuelto en 8 días. IT Veramente male. Siamo stati clienti fedeli e francamente questo non fa differenza con il servizio clienti Armani. Esempio: abbiamo ordinato un pullover e un paio di calzini che non sono mai arrivati. Apparentemente UPS ha dato il nostro ordine a qualcun altro e ci ha detto che dovevamo presentare un reclamo ad Armani, cosa che abbiamo fatto. Un mese dopo stiamo ancora aspettando una soluzione che presumibilmente sarebbe stata risolta in 8 giorni.

If I could give less stars than one, I would. I sent back a return over 6 weeks ago that UPS clearly has lost and Armani opened an investigation stating it will be 10 days but a month later,I still don't have my refund. The Armani customer services team have been incredibly unhelpful with a "don't care" attitude. I've never experienced a customer journey like it.

These customer service agents are dog poop. Multiple times over the same issue I got a person asking for my order number and all my info.Freaking at least 15 emails and then they just blow me off. I asked for some a manager or someone in charge of them and they said well please give me all your information for the third freaking time and I will you know I’m pretty much I said no I’ve already given it to you and my request was ignored. I get better service at the $.99 store

Doubt they are legit or have any link to actual armani!! Extremely poor quality comparing two similar clothing purchased in store .The label for example looks as its been sewed in by a 4 year old baerly hanging Avoid at all cost.... its either fake pretending to be armani or they just send faulty cuts online
