They’ve been having issues with their website due a recent update, so orders have been hit or miss of late.But overall I’ve had good experiences with AMSOIL with fast order fulfillment and good products.

Terrible company to do business with

Terrible company to do business with. Lately since the owner has passed away the company has gone down hill.Dan Gorski the director their is very rude and has no knowledge of what is going on. Guy is totally disconnected with reality. Products are great but as far as dealing with them and doing business that's a different story. They are a multi level marketing scheme where dealers do all the leg work for the company and the company provides a small slice of the pie. Oh and they terminated dealers based on free will. Definitely don't recommend anyone being a dealer. They also delete and block you from posting about your negative experiences. That says alot about the company.

I placed an order

I placed an order, received a confirmation email and... nothing happened. A few days later,contacted them and was told that there was something wrong with payment so I needed to contact accounting that was - needless to say - closed. To save their valuable time, I just canceled the order.
Despite whatever problem they may have faced with my credit card, my account reflects a successful charge that - a week later - has not been credited.
Taking money for items they never intended to deliver is theft.

Terrible internet sales

As a direct internet seller, amsoil.com has made it clear that they do not want my money.After 4 attempts of renewing my Preferred Membership, which was successfully paid, I was forced to open a Paypal dispute which will hopefully refund me the $20 fee. To this day, 3 months later, they still claim I haven't renewed my membership, while my Paypal and bank statement disagree. In addition, in my last order they only shipped 1 oil filter, when I had paid for 2. I believe Amsoil has superior products compared to what can be purchased locally, and I have the funds to give them, it's just that they don't want my money.

Amsoil brand oil is fantastic

I use this oil and my camry runs for about 16000 miles flawlessly. I save probably 40 dollars in thetimespan of oilchanges and I also don't have to worry about the going to get oil change every 3-5ooo miles. A time saver and money saver during long term.
