I have been a loyal Adore customer for years.
I am recovering from a leg injury.
I ordered yesterdayfrom Adore.
Today 5pm I get an SMS to collect my parcel from a pharmacy ie pick up point!
Why?
I want the parcel delivered to my front door as per previous orders and if this isn’t an option, Adore needs divulge this at time of order.

TLDR: Adore Beauty set their servers to prevent clients from leaving reviews so don't trust what you see on the site.If you get a 403 forbidden error, they have blocked you.
Full story: Adore Beauty started off as a wonderful company that touted an ethical, transparent review system. Since January this 2020 I have not been able to leave any reviews on their products. I get a 403 - forbidden error. In tech-speak that means my account has been denied access either through a deliberate choice or incompetence; they set their server to block me. I have tried unsuccessfully 3 times to get this issue address with absolutely no real assistance. Because they make such a loud noise about being a company that cares about and encourages honest reviews, I don't trust them anymore at all. I will never order anything from them again after the complete lack of assistance. Worst part is I never even left a negative review on their site about anything, the only thing that may have annoyed them is the statement that one brand was wonderfully generous in the size of their sample when most brands only give you a tiny amount that is wrapped in a lot of wasted plastic, so is there an employee that blocks people for not wanting to waste plastic????
>EDIT: Adore Beauty flagging this review just proves my point. I’m a full blown detractor because I raised this issue months ago and nothing has changed. Error 403 is a permission error - my account is blocked from leaving a review and every time I’ve used your chat function to get help I get the same nonsense about the IT team addressing “ASAP”. Is ASAP over 4 months? I was promised emails and all sorts of things that never manifested. I’m done.

This is a terrible company. They charged me 99.95 for an order and can't confirm the order.I have asked them many times if they can send me a confirmation email, it's been three days and I still don't know where my money has gone. An absolute scam.

I would not order makeup from anywhere else. The customer services is incredible - sometimes have ordered in the morning and it arrives the same day!An Australian company so that makes it even better. All products come beautifully packaged and comes with a chocolate treat, which is a lovely touch. I order at least once month and it is ALWAYS consistent. To me, Adore beauty is to makeup as the Iconic is to clothes.

I used to be a religious customer of adore beauty, but recently they have made a few changes,like taking away after pay for the New Zealand store. I also went to purchase a product today and it said $52.95, when I added it to the cart it had crossed out $52.95 and made it $54.95, like I was getting some sort of deal?! Then shipping cost was $7.95, for one small bottle of product! I don’t know what’s happened with the NZ store, but won’t be buying from them again

I'm based in NZ, and you can get the same products for a similar price and with delivery the next day if you order from a NZ website.There is absoltuley no reason at all to use Adore Beauty if you are in NZ. Their delivery times to NZ are far to long despite them saying that their delivery SLA is 1-3 business days. It absolutley is not this timeframe, count on 10+ days if you are lucky.

I placed an order at 12am 23/2 and received the parcel approximately 2pm 25/2. It was transported byAust Post and considering it had to travel from Victoria to Western Australia I find this service of basically 36 hours, extraordinary. Extremely well packaged & two little treats. Thank you so much.
