It is my first time purchasing an order at this website. I purchased 3 items on May 17th and I received an email saying shipping label has been created on the 20th and still is.It's already the 26th of May and still no updates. I messaged them on Facebook twice and no respond. Customer service is horrible.read more

The quality's not that great, the sizes come a bit tight (even though I bought my size),and kind of overpriced for what you get. Better off buying from H&M or Pretty Little Thing.read more

Clothes are super cute, material is decent for the price, but shipping is a disaster.The most recent order I placed was almost a month ago and I still haven’t received it (I live in the US) Better luck with Shein than Adika tbh :-/read more

- Took a long time to even process my order.
- Fabric was decent, but thick
- The sweatpants I ordered were stiff and had too much excess fabric around stitching.- Size XXL barely fits my size 18 figure. But I had to guess because the size guide only goes up to XL
- Returning items is a hassle, since I’ll be loosing $10 due to taxes/shippingread more

I received my order on time only thing is that the item came damaged but the communication through email I received was immediate and responsive to help me get a new one.The product is now out of stock but I will be getting my refund and will continue to to business with this shop on the basis of this interaction. I am wary of online shops because of the struggles it takes to get a responses on returns exchanges but Adika is responsive and almost immediate. I am so thankful!!!read more
