My experienced with Adidas.ca was a disappointment.
I ordered the wrong size shoes,and according to Adidas.ca policy in certain models, they won't refund or exchange them.
Adidas.ca NEVER AGAIN!
I will continue shopping at AMAZON! Great policy!

I placed an order online, when I got to the payment to process I received a message saying payment failed entered something wrong so I tried again 2 more times but same thing.I decided to check my account and saw that the payment DID in fact go through ALL 3 TIMES even though the error message said otherwise.
I received 2 email confirmations with different order numbers but I have not received the third confirmation.
Adidas Canada site says we can either phone or chat, well I’ve tried both and couldn’t get a hold of anyone. The chat says their are no reps available and when I phoned in I was on hold for almost 2 hours, why did I wait that long? Well I figured due Covid you all were probably short staffed.
I decided to try adidas.com and I was able to speak with a live person AND chat with a rep but to my disappointment they could not help me because they are Adidas US.
This is my first time purchasing online with Adidas Canada, I was quite excited about this product being on sale but now I am highly disappointed. I just want one product and the other 2 refunded. I do not need 3. I was going to also purchase slides and sneakers but now I absolutely will not!
I checked out reviews and found even before Covid other customers has had issues with your customer service team and some complaints on BBB. If I had know I would never have ordered with you people.
As I mentioned there are currently 3 orders of the same product, received 2 different order numbers. I would like to only receive 1 and the other 2 cancelled! I do not want to have to go though the hassle of returning than waiting who knows how long for a refund!read more
