If I could only give them 0 I would !!!!
No customer support , they only care to bring more pay towin content instead of fixing games properly so you don't get disconnected 10 times + a night from servers. And number of time it is checking for f****ng updates is a JOKE!!!! Bunch of greedy c***s!!

It's amazing how a large corporation can literally have no customer support from what I've seen.I have had two Activision account hacked while I have been waiting for a reply from Activision my main account being hacked. I hope that tells you enough, Waste of time and money. I guess you can call that typical large corporation practice.

Worst customer support ever!!! I even wrote the CEO of the company and got no help.My account was hacked in November 2020 and all I get is emails saying they're still working on it 7 months later. To make matters worse my new account was hacked and they changed the email address on it and I can't change it back. All I can do is submit a report to the useless support team. IF I CAN HELP IT I'm DONE BUYING ANYTHING TO DO WITH ACTIVISION!!!!!

Account stolen due to the lack of security of activision it self. Account stolen on the 9th of may.Made a temporary Account following their recovery procedure.
Since then no one answered me. Is impossibile to send email or contact them.
300 hours of gameplay, many cosmethics, damascus.
No one, no one taking care of it.
Unbelievable. I'm 49 i play since atari, never ever had such a bad experience.

My activision account was hacked

My activision account was hacked. You can't contact activision for customer support for some reason now,you have to put in an account recovery request. Said they would get back to me in 10 days. It's been over that and I still don't have my account back. I've spent hundreds on the games, battlepasses and cosmetics. They don't care about their customers at all.

Activision absolutely sucks. I bought Cold War and played a few games and was shadowbanned for NO reason.Then a week later I was un shadowbanned, I played a few games and then I was shadowbanned again!!!!!!!!! I try to contact support but they DONT HAVE CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!!!!!!!!
