Absolute garbage experience . Worst customer service team on the planet !

I have an issue with stock x , salesforce does customer support for stock x . I had a payout sent to the wrong email ,your problem will never be resolved with sales force , they will respond with a generic bs reply that you yourself can’t reply to . Start a new case , rinse repeat until the end of time . You will waste countless hours of your time trying to deal with these people . Write a review on trust pilot and they will respond with there typical generic response and if your lucky they will tell you an agent wants additional info about your case and would like to call you . You provide them with your phone number and no one ever calls , wasting your time even further . Why any company would ever put there company’s customer service in the hands of this group is absolutely insane . I honestly don’t even know if anyone even works at salesforce , I’m pretty sure it’s all just computer generated generic responses designed for you to just give up . If I could give negative stars I would . Good luck dealing with these people !read more

Criminals. I had the misfortune to deal with John Zhou from Sydney. I made my requirements very clear and he assured me that the system 'out of the box'would meet those requirements. The system 'out of the box' comes nowhere near it. I tried to renegotiate some workable terms to allow us time and capital to get a custom build done. John is nothing more than a puppet. He has no authority and/or responsibility. The issue I have is that he REFUSED to assist and REFUSED to pass me onto someone who I could speak with to get a satisfactory outcome. I have instructed them to cancel my subscription and they will never get a single cent from me....... absolutely disgustingread more
Let's launch a class action against Salesforce

Stay away of Salesforce at all cost! This company is the worst I have ever worked with in more than 30 years! After 5 years, we have not been able to use Salesforce a single day.
After reading all the bad comments below, I am really wondering why a class action has not been started before.
We have signed a contract in 2016 with Salesforce (big mistake: for 5 years!). They promised me that the subcontractor they provided (Orbcom) would implement Salesforce for us in less than 2 months although what we do is complex and we had doubts. The Salesforce salesrep (Jean-Louis Vanhack) was very dynamic at answering that everything was under control.
After some months (and a first immediate bill from Salesforce and many from the subcontractor), we started to understand that the deadline would never be held and despite all our efforts to make them finish the implementation they never did and finally disappear after 2 ½ years, leaving us with tens of thousands paid to them and nothing usable.
No help was received from Salesforce, just bills and the information that they are not responsible of what their contractor do. Their employees were changing every 3 months and we had contacts with at least 25 to 30 different people since 2016.
Finally, a new Salesforce employee, Marcel Schwob, appeared and told us that he had THE solution, he directed us to a company called Salesfive (another of these subcontractors), which promised to finalize everything in 2 months. We had doubts and this time we joined to the contract a very detailed description of what was needed. They confirmed that it was possible for the defined deadline and price.
After some months, they started saying that it was more complicated than they thought and they asked us to pay more than the contractual amount agreed (saying that we were asking more, which was not true and very well defined in our contract). We refused and asked them to continue according to the contract because we had spent a lot of time explaining what we needed and the documents were very clear.
Finally, they stopped the process after completing more or less 80% of the project without informing us that they had stopped their work. We were left with nothing usable without answers from both Salesforce and Salesfive, which finally confirmed that they had stopped the implementation 6 months before and told us that Salesforce was supporting them about it.
We found out that although we pay Salesforce, they had just acted against our interest to keep a good relation with their subcontractor.
Since then, we are fighting to be reimbursed for this lost year but they not only refused but put our bill in collection.
I spoke today with their Senior Corporate Counsel, George Yu, who like so many others made me lose my time by stating that it was all our fault (a very special client approach that seems to be shared by so many in this company).
Well, the next step is to gather other companies and start a class action (as they already have one ongoing because of a databreach).
Salesforce needs to learn that a client is more than a wallet!read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Awful service, terrible terms, avoid at all costs you'll thank me later.Spoke with someone from Salesforce & their recommended developer & agreed everything I wanted out of the system along with costs. 3 months later still no where near being able to use it & yes still paying for it, paying the monthly contract, paying for upgraded apps, paying other developers to do what was supposed to be done. Honestly just avoid this farce like the plague! Dont be duped by the 'yes we can do all that for you sir' they dont deliver, it's a complete RIP off.read more
Don't make the mistake of thinking, "The company's big so the product's safe, right?"

The platform is bloated and it's difficult to locate what you need. You have to learn a new languageto use it and support documentation typically leads you down a rabbit hole only to find an unsatisfactory answer to your question. You must be an engineer to complete simple tasks—they make everything altogether too complicated. I've found that the Salesforce evangelists I meet are either trauma-bonded or connected to the company somehow (seems fishy and unethical). Not what I would have expected from their size and flashy marketing material, but maybe what I should have expected.read more
